Whether you’re looking for a delicious take-out meal or to cook at home, seafood is the perfect meal for several different reasons. Not only can seafood in New Hampshire be an insanely easy weeknight dinner, but it’s also super nutritious! In this article, we’re taking a look at a few easy meals you can make at home with ease.

Air fried fish

One of the most purchased kitchen accessories over the past year is the air fryer. Perfect for quick meal solutions, making air fryer fish is no exception! Start with one pound of fresh (or dethawed) fish. Combine flour, egg, panko, and your favorite seasonings in a bowl. After coating your fish, place them in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping halfway through. This recipe works with a variety of fish from cod to salmon!

Tuna melt

An American classic, the tuna melt is perfect at both lunch and dinner time! However, if you’re looking for a dinner solution, consider swapping out the bread for bell peppers! Sliced in half, stuffed with tuna, and topped with your favorite cheese, this alternative is sure to have your family coming back for seconds!

Orange-glazed shrimp

Even though this one requires a bit more on the ingredient side, orange-glazed shrimp is a quick mouth-watering meal. Below is a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this dish:

  • 2 pounds of shrimp
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups of orange juice (fresh is always best)!
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of finely grated orange zest
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of light brown sugar

Garlic alfredo bake

The best part of this recipe is that you can make it your own! Choosing a fish that works for your family, you can opt for anything from shrimp to lobster, haddock to salmon.

After cooking penne according to box directions, you’ll combine these ingredients in a skillet. From there, combine the two, top with cheese, and pop your meal in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 – 7 minutes. Can’t beat that time!
